	Vicki Thompson - Resident trainer and rider Vicki Thompson, Olympic dressage rider and trainer, spent over 20 years working with one of the Chief Riders of the Spanish Riding School (Franz Rochowansky) is now based at Oldencraig Equestrian Centre and offers her first class riding and training skills to livery clients and outside visitors to the Centre. Vicki has represented Great Britain on a regular basis at international level, riding at the European Championships and the Atlanta Olympic Games as well as being thirteen - times National Champion. Vicki now trains with Johann Hinnerman, who has successfully trained Olympic riders and teams. Vicki's aim is to compete at the next European and World Games. 	Eileen O'Connor - Advanced Rider and Instructor Eileen worked for Vicki Thompson and Franz Rochowansky for eight years, where she gained vast experience to become a top international dressage rider/trainer. Eileen was assistant to Vicki and has trained horses from Novice to Grand Prix. She also spent a year in Vienna teaching and riding for Arthur Kottas (Chief Rider at the Spanish Riding School) and a further year training with Karl Steinriegier (Rider at the Spanish Riding School). Eileen has competed up to Grand Prix and has a wealth of knowledge
	Aaron Guy - Senior Instructor and Advanced Rider Aaron has spent the last 5 years training with Pammy Hutton, Talland - where he was the main competition rider. He has his BHS AI and stage 4. He qualified for the National Championships - 2003 Prelim. 2004 Prelim & Novice (with 2 horses in the top ten placing) and in 2005 he was 3rd in the Elementary riding Abira. Aaron has jumped BSJA Foxhunter and successfully competed up to PSG level with the aim to compete Grand Prix and internationally! 	Michelle Daughney - Advanced Rider I have recently joined the OEC team as an Advanced Rider. I was previously a working pupil for Ferdi Elberg. I was selected for the Northern Regional A squad and National Training in 2004. I have competed up to PSG and FEI Young Rider Level and was in the top 4 in the Young Rider section at Talent Spotting in 2004. I recently purchased a young horse called Dimaggio, which I have broken this year and I am producing for the Young Horse classes next year. My aim is to gain more competition experience on a wider range of horses and to eventually compete both Nationally and Internationally, under the watchfully eye of my trainer Vicki Thompson. I am glad to be at OEC as it is one of the top training yards in Europe and to be given the opportunity to ride such top class horses.
	Lucy Wells - Advanced Rider and Instructor Lucy has recently joined Oldencraig Equestrian Centre as an advanced rider and Instructor. Previous to this Lucy worked for Jennie Lorriston-Clarke at Catherston Stud, where she trained for a year gaining experience in the competition world and the training of youngsters. Previous to Catherston Lucy worked at Kingston Maurward where she gained her BHS stage 4, NVQ level 3 and her BHSAI. Lucy has trained horses up to Advanced Medium level. Whilst at Oldencraig Lucy’s aim is to gain more competition experience and to gain the ability and knowledge to train horses to a higher level under the watchful eye of Vicki Thompson and the rest of the team.
	Erin Hagen - Advanced Rider and Instructor Erin has recently joined the Oldencraig team to work full time with horses having taken a year out from University. Erin is a level 3 certified riding instructor from Canada and previously worked with top dressage trainers Ulla Salzgeber and Marion Weisskopff and most recently worked at the Spanish Riding School in Piber, Austria. Erin' s family breed Andalusians, Lipizzanas and warmbloods back home in Canada. Erin is hoping to increase her dressage knowledge and competition experience whilst at Oldencraig under the watchful eye of Vicki Thompson and the rest of the team.
	Sam O'Brien - Advanced Rider and Instructor I spent 18 months at Talland where I gained my BHS Stages 1,2,3 and BHSAI. Previous to this I trained for 1 year with Rebecca Patmore and Roland Tong. I have come to Oldencraig to train with Vicky Thompson and Eileen O'Connor and learn how to ride in a classical way.
	Kerry Rosenberg - Advanced Rider and Instructor Kerry is from South Africa and is 18 years old. She has been riding since the age of 7 and in the past has competed to a high level in dressage, show jumping, showing and equitation. In 2006 Kerry was the South African Reserve Junior Freestyle Champion and South African Reserve Junior Equitation Champion, which qualified her to compete in the prestigious Philip Smith competition in June 2007. Kerry competed in show jumping up to 1.30m and has competed extensively in showing specialising in working hunter classes. In 2005 and 2006 Kerry won the supreme Working horse title at her provincial championships and was Reserve National Champion in 2004. Kerry greatest achievement to date was to represent South Africa in the International Show of the year in 2005 and 2006 competiting against the U.K, Australia and New Zealand. However Kerry’s real passion lies in dressage, she owns a Hanoverian gelding called Danger which is stabled at Oldencraig who she has competed at Prix St George level but is wishing to further her training with Vicki Thompson and the other senior instructors. Her goal whilst at Oldencraig is to compete on the young rider circuit.
	Jagjeet Singh Sodhi - Yard Manager Jag has worked with horses for more than 10 years as an assistant Race Horse Trainer in India. He joined Oldencraig to further his experience with horses and running a yard. He is responsible for the welfare of all the horses and making sure the yard runs to the highest standards.

	Charlotte - Affiliated Show Secretary This is a welcome return for Charlotte who used to work for Ian as a groom at OEC many years ago. In the intervening years she has continued to work with horses as a groom and riding and competing for clients. She has successfully taken clients horses to the Winter Semi's and Finals at Preliminary and Novice level. This summer she qualified her own home bred youngster in his first season of competing for the Prelim Regional where he was placed 6th as well as qualifying a friends mare. She has another youngster waiting in the wings that she has high hopes for!
	Sandra Devoulder - Show Assistant Sandra has been instrumental in the running of the successful shows at Oldencraig and promoting the centre into being voted Best British Show Centre. Sandra trains with Vicki Thompson and successfully competed at Prix St George. Sandra also runs her own livery yard and is a freelance trainer.
	Carol Stoddard - Affiliated Show Assistant
	Nicole Rombach - Resident equine sports therapist Nicole successfully competes at Advanced Medium level and trains at Prix St George at home on her 2 horses Locomotion and Bugsy whom she has recently purchased from Vicki Thompson, her dressage trainer. Nicole owns and manages Equinenergy the United Kingdom branch of the international school Equinology,Inc. Which is based at Oldencraig Equestrian Centre. The School offers a full curriculum of recognised studies in all aspects of equine complementary health science including equine sports massage, equine CranioSacral therapy, biomechanics, exercise physiology and more. World-renowned veterinarians and specialists such as Debranne Pattillo, Dr Hilary Clayton, Dr Kerry Ridgeway, Dr Chris Pasquini and many others present all the clinics. She offers regular consultations and will work on clients' horses before, during and after competitions and as pare of a regular training programme. She works under veterinary approval and / or referral and specializes in equine sports massage, CranioSacral therapy, equine myofascial release, equine acupressure and other rehabilitative therapies. Her clients include a number of well-known trainers and competitors as well as owners of horses competing in a variety of disciplines. She has been featured in numerous national and international publications including Horse and Hound, Horse and Rider and Dressage and is a regular contributor to various equestrian magazines and on-line articles for equestrian magazine websites. Equinenergy was recently featured on the popular BBC programme ‘Countryfile’.
	Siyana - Groom Slyana is from Bulgaria and has come to Oldencraig to improve her riding and take her BHS exams. She also is learning English.
	Florin - Groom Florin is from Romania. He has come to England to work with horses and to take his BHS exams.
	Alin - Groom Alin is from Romania. He has come to England to work with horses and to take his BHS exams.
	Dom - Groom Dom is from Romania. He has come to England to work with horses and to take his BHS exams.
	Asif - Groom Asif is from India where he used to work with racehorses. he will be taking his BHS exams whilst he is here in the UK.
	Lilly - Groom Lilly is from Romania. She has come to England to work with top class horses and to take her BHS exams. She has worked with horses in Romania for many years, where she gained a lot of experience.
	Mariana - Groom Mariana is from Romania and she has come to Oldencraig to work with horses and take her BHS exams.
	Jimmy - Groom Jimmy is from Romania and he has come to Oldencraig to work with horses and take his BHS exams.
	Mike - Groom Mike is from Romania and he has come to Oldencraig to work with horses and take his BHS exams.

	Alan - Health and Safely Advisor Alan is part of the Red Watch for the London Fire Brigade and deals with all the accidents and emergencies. Alan advises OEC on all Health & Safety issues and has been a friend of Ian and Vicki for many years.

	Rambo Rambo is a St. Bernard who is responsible for security, sleeping and playing.
	Minnie Minnie is respsonsible for security, along with her brother Rambo.
	Colonel Colonel is a ten year old Macaw who arrived at OEC in September 2006.
	Marvin Marvin is a 21 year old Gold Scarlet Macaw who arrived at Oldencraig in November 2006.
	Scooby Doo Scooby Doo is a 5 year old lesser sulphur crested cockatoo who arrived at Oldencraig in January 2007. he is an endangered species.
	Lucy Lucy is a Lesser Sulphur Crested Cockatoo. She is 25 years old and arrived at Oldencraig on 2/4/07.
	T.Rex & Flossy T.Rex is an 11 year old Jardine Parrot and Flossy is a Conure Parrot. They both arrived at oldencraig on 05/05/07.
	Joey Joey is an Umbrella Cockatoo. He is 25 years old and arrived at Oldencraig on 2/4/07.
	Buster Buster is the newest member of the OEC team. He is a British Short Hair.
